Sustainable supplier selection and order allocation under demand, supplier availability and supplier grading uncertainties

Sustainable supplier selection is a pressing mater in supply chain management. This paper tackles the main pain points decision making during and order allocation (SSS & OA) under uncertainties for multi-item, multi-period setting, where each has its own pricing policy. In first phase, hybrid BWM-ER method employed evaluating ranking suppliers. this method, best worst (BWM) determining weights of sustainability criteria evidential reasoning (ER) suppliers uncertainty are used. Based on constraints related to demand, capacity, inventory, allowed shortages next bi-objective mathematical model presented, make trade-off between economic cost. The demand assumed be stochastic, there availability different periods. combination these two studied via set scenarios. A new integrated solution approach based stochastic programming dynamic solve presented. proposed results compared with obtained revised multi-choice goal Epsilon constraint real-life case. These comparisons show that by using better faster obtained. Sensitivity analysis used reveal effect quantity discounts, suppliers’ demand. Results case study presented discussed.
